Problem with Mail sending

One of my client getting error while sending email from outlook express. Can send email through webmail. The error log getting is

Your IP is listet on Realtibe Black List, try to find out which one (black list) and check emails for your main domain (abuse, support, from domain whois contact etc) is there any information.

Their IP address is blocked in an RBL (Spam Blacklist) and you will have to white listing them in order to allow them to send email via your SMTP server. Log into WHM and go to Exim Configuration Editor -> Access Lists and add their IP address to the appropriate list. If the Exim mail log gives the exact RBL that has the IP address listed, you can also try having it de-listed there as that would be the preferred method.

One more suggestion is that you should check with the users provider to see if the IP range is blocked in the spam blacklist. Otherwise if the IP provided by his ISP changes, it can create issue again.

thanks for all your help. I have added his ip in Exim configuration Editor Access list and also added IP in firewall allow list. clinet using dynamic IP. After checking with client i will you. Thanks again.
