[Safe Mode] problem

1- Because I need to change the file storing type in vB forum from Databas to be in the File system in, I try to do that from vB forum Control Pane, but I get problem of Mode write. 2- Also problem Mode write, not working well in the server, which caused members not able to upload attachment in via vB forum How to solve this problem 3- Also [Ajax] not working well in my website, and almost not working, I would like to configure it to the optimum. I have root access for the server and I know some basic things to do What is the solution to correct that
