you can go for a reseller hosting with the end user support.

Your customers can registrate a domain almost everywhere. Another option is to buy a reseller account for domain names, but you will have to pay a deposit. The amount of the deposit depends but starts mostly with $100,- . As far as i know is hostgator the only place where you can get a domain reseller account wtithout deposit. It is an enom account, that allows you to buy com-domains for $8,75. It comes free with a reseller account for webhosting. But hostgator does not give enduser suport for you. You have to give suport to your customers yourself. Ofcourse they suport you.

hostgator is not an only host .. there are several host which provides domain name reseller, with SSL reseller and billing softwares Ahmed You need a reseller with an enduser support .. they are few companies which provides enduser support .. one company i know is resellerzoom.com (i have an account with them) .. You should select advance plan .. becz in advance plan you will get enduser support ..+ your own enom domain reseller account and many more

That would be frowned upon by any host that isn't providing end user support. Sure, the host expects you to be repeating some of the questions that your customers are asking you, especially in the beginning when you might still be learning the system, but, in the long run, the only times you'd need to contact your provider would be when something out of your hands needs to be done, or there's an issue with the server/network. That is true, hosts differ. You need to read the offer, ask questions etc. to make sure you get the kind of service you need, prior to buying an account. There's no way around it.

I think Hostgator does not provide true end user support. If you forward your customer's question to the host, it's standard support for you as a reseller customer. End user support should work in a way that your customers can send support request directly to the host, your host will then reply anonymously to your customers.

You can try finding a company that offers user-end support. If they do, yes, you can forward your customer's tickets/problems to your company and your company can answer/resolve your clients' issues. 2. If you want to offer domains, you would need to find a company that offers a reseller domain program. Some companies offer this, so you shouldn't find a problem. 3. If your customers pay you in cash, thats fine, I don't see a problem with that?? You however would need to pay your reseller company upfront. Its not like its a pre-pay system (most companies are monthly recurring charges). Hope this helps.

Resellerclub are not bad for domains, but i personally wouldn't host with them, its hard enough understanding what they say on responses to tickets when i used them for domains. PS do you use directi/resellerclub yourself?
