What do you look for in a reseller provider? What type of service / support? What puts you off providers? Would you be attracted to an unmetered reseller?

Q: What do you look for in a Reseller Provider? A: I would personally look for a host that had a presence on WHT with positive reviews, a fair price and decent resources. Freebies like Billing Systems and such as also a huge plus! Q: What type of service / support? A: I would be looking mainly for quality Live Chat and Ticket System Support. A host that offers a good uptime guarantee they can stick with it is required. Q: What puts you off providers? A: Companies that offer any type of Master or Alpha Reselling, as I do not see it as a stable platform. Q: Would you be attracted to an unmetered reseller? A: In short, NO.

I may attracted be to an unmetered reseller if it's proven based on genuine reviews that he's good. But to be honest to your customers, one better be clear. Customers will definitely look for the reseller who with good support. (support with its broad meaning)

I lookout for a host with good support.Preferably a live chat system.This is not negotiable. I also like hosts that allow their resellers to oversell. That's the reason why i left a good host like HostGator for HawkHost. This also made me miss the word-class hostgator support.

i look few things in a reseller hosting provider -price,their review,support system. and yes,i will be be attracted to an unmetered reseller

In Reseller Hosting, primary thing people should look for is, billing script and great support. Company should have fast and great answers to support tickets also should have great uptime. Now in days some companys allow end user support where they answer your clients support tickets and you can sit at home just getting clients to sign up and make money.

I prefer costs to be displayed on their website. I always skip websites with "Call us for a quote NOW!" as they just pick and choose who gets the best deal. I prefer to go by the price on their website as its fair for everyone then.

Call/Contact us for quote NOW" is always (based on my experience) misleading and drags you to expensive deals.

Live chat really 24:7 is very important. Sending emails via Whmcs is secondary.

An unmetered reseller host could be interesting, but they'd have to clearly spell out the rate limiting policies implemented on their machines. Without that information I'd be concerned that the host is merely packing as many clients as they can on to boxes until they overload.
